ABOUT SHE KNOWS SOMETHING

Dating Has Always
Involved Asking Around

Before dating apps, women asked their friends. Dating apps dramatically expanded who we can meet. They didn’t necessarily expand what we can know about the people we meet.

A MODERN WAY TO COMPARE NOTES

Do you know him?

Has anyone dated him? What was your experience?

She Knows Something brings asking around into one private, organized community.

WHY WE BUILT IT

Women Were Already
Comparing Notes

But valuable information was scattered across conversations, screenshots, social-media posts, duplicate posts, and hundreds of comments.

We believed women deserved something better organized.

A place built around verification, moderation, search, firsthand experiences, and context.

So we built She Knows Something.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Information With Context

01

Information, Not Instructions

We don’t tell women who they should or shouldn’t date.

02

Experience, Not Gossip

This community is built for sharing relevant firsthand experiences and information, not humiliation or entertainment.

03

Context Matters

A disappointing date isn’t the same as conflicting information. Conflicting information isn’t the same as a serious safety concern.

04

Women Deserve Agency

Give women access to information and let them decide what it means for their own lives.

05

Good Experiences Matter Too

Sometimes what she knows is something good.

A COMMUNITY OF WOMEN

Different Experiences.
More Context.

Every woman brings her own perspective and experience. When those experiences can be shared responsibly and understood in context, everyone has access to more information.

WHAT SHE KNOWS SOMETHING ISN’T

We Organize Information.
You Decide What It Means.

We’re not a blacklist.
We’re not a revenge platform.
We’re not a public directory of men.
We’re not a place for doxxing, harassment, retaliation, or humiliation.
We don’t decide whether someone is “good,” “bad,” “safe,” or “unsafe.”
SHE KNOWS SOMETHING

She knows something.
You might too.

Every woman brings her own experience. When women can responsibly share those experiences and understand them in context, everyone has access to something valuable:

More information.
